How to add additional licences (Practitioners) to a subscription

Overview

CompanyOn plans support multiple practitioner licenses under the same subscription.

Additional licenses can be added when:
• A clinic is expanding
• New practitioners are joining the team
• Additional practitioner seats are required

How to Purchase Additional Licenses

  1. Open the Admin menu

  2. Navigate to Users

  3. Click Add More Licenses

  4. Complete the subscription update process

  5. Confirm the additional licenses


What Happens Next

• Additional practitioner licenses become available
• New practitioners can then be added to the account
• Subscription billing updates automatically based on the number of active practitioner licenses
