How to Add a Product

  1. In the left sidebar, click the shopping cart icon to open the Products & Orders module.

  2. Click the "Create Product" button at the top left.

  3. A form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Product information

  • Code — enter a unique product code

  • Name — enter the product name

  • Serial #/SKU — enter the serial number or SKU if applicable

  • Inventory — enter the available quantity

  • Cost price — enter the cost price

  • Selling price — enter the selling price

  • Taxes — check the applicable tax boxes: PST, GST, HST, or IVA

  • Description — add a product description

  • Picture — click "Select File" to upload a product photo

  • Tags/Identifiers — add any relevant tags

  • Show product online — toggle to Show if you want this product visible in your online store

  1. Click "Save".
