How to Access and Use Reports

  1. In the left sidebar, click the Graph icon to open the Reports module.

  2. The Reports dashboard will display all available report types as tiles.

Available Reports

  • Clients — client demographic and activity data

  • Invoices — billing and invoice activity

  • Invoices by Services — invoice breakdown by service type

  • Invoices by Products — invoice breakdown by product

  • Payments — payment history and collections

  • Credit Note Payments — prepaid credit activity

  • Expenses — operational expense tracking

  • Appointments — scheduling and appointment trends

  • Status Chart Entries — chart entry status tracking

  • Payments by Year — annual payment activity

  • Products — product sales and inventory

  • Chart Entries — documentation workflows

  • User Requirements — practitioner requirement tracking

  • Submissions — third-party billing submissions

  • Future Scheduling Reminders — upcoming reminder activity

  • Policies — policy tracking

  • Notifications — communication activity

  • Breaks and Meetings — practitioner break and meeting tracking

  • Notes — clinical notes activity

How to Generate a Report

  1. In the left sidebar, click the Reports icon to open the Reports module.

  2. Click on the desired report tile.

  3. Apply filters as needed to narrow down the results. Available filters vary depending on the report type. Common filters include:

    • Clients — filter by specific client

    • Contacts — filter by billing contact or third party

    • Practitioner — filter by practitioner

    • Status — filter by invoice or appointment status

    • Tags — filter by client tags

    • Amount — filter by amount range

    • Issued Date — filter by date range

    • Appointment Date — filter by appointment date range

  4. Review the report results.

  5. Click "Export" to download the data as a spreadsheet or PDF for additional analysis.
