How to Document Care from an Appointment

  1. In the left sidebar, click the calendar icon to open the Appointments module.

  2. Click on the appointment in the calendar to open the appointment window.

  3. Click the yellow form icon at the top of the appointment window.

  4. Select the chart template you want to use.

  5. Complete the documentation.

  6. Click "Save".

Note: If a chart template was pre-selected in the Service settings, it will automatically appear when you click the form icon. Multiple chart entries can be added to the same appointment if needed.

How to Document Care Through the Client Timeline

This workflow is commonly used for follow-up documentation, administrative notes, phone calls, or general client updates.

  1. In the left sidebar, click the people icon to open the Clients module.

  2. Click on the client's name to open their timeline.

  3. Click the "Add New Entry" button at the top right of the timeline.

  4. Select the chart template you want to use.

  5. Complete the documentation.

  6. Click "Save".

Note: All completed chart entries are automatically saved into the client's timeline and become part of the permanent client record.
