How to Create a Client Profile Through the Clients Module

  1. In the left sidebar, click the people icon to open the Clients module.

  2. Click the "Create Client" button at the top left of the screen.

  3. A form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Personal information

  • First name, Last name, and Preferred name

  • Date of birth (DOB)

  • Gender

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Personal Health Number

  • Address and Apt/Suite #

  • Family Doctor Name and Family Doctor Phone

  • Emergency contact name and Emergency contact phone

  • Additional Info — any extra notes about the client

Additional Fields If your clinic has configured custom fields, they will appear at the bottom of the form under "Additional Fields". Complete them as needed.

Profile photo

  • Click the pencil icon on the profile photo area to upload a photo.

  1. Click "Save" to create the client profile.

Steps to Create a Client During Appointment Booking

  1. In the left sidebar, click the calendar icon to open the Appointments module.

  2. Click on the desired time slot to create a new appointment.

  3. In the "Clients" field of the form that appears, type the client's name.

  4. If the client does not exist, a "Not found" message will appear with a "Create Client" button.

  5. Click "Create Client" to create a new client profile.

  6. Complete the client information.

  7. Click "Save" to create the profile and continue booking the appointment.

How to Edit a Client Profile

  1. In the left sidebar, click the people icon to open the Clients module.

  2. Click on the client's name to open their timeline.

  3. Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the client profile panel.

  4. Update the required information.

  5. Click "Save".
