How to Access Appointment Reminders

  1. In the left sidebar, click the calendar icon to open the Appointments module.

  2. Click the Clock icon at the top of the calendar.

  3. Click on the "Appointment Reminders" tab.

  4. Click "Create a new reminder".

  5. A form will appear. Complete the following fields:

    • Type — select the reminder delivery method (Email or SMS)

    • # Hours before appointment — enter how many hours before the appointment the reminder should be sent

    • Clients — select "All" or specific clients

    • Custom Message — enter a personalized message for the reminder

  6. Click "Save".

Note: Reminders configured for less than 24 hours before the appointment do not allow clients to confirm or cancel electronically. To enable electronic confirmation or cancellation, configure reminders for more than 24 hours before the appointment.
