How to Configure Appointment Reminders
Open the Calendar
Click the Clock Icon located in the top Calendar toolbar
Configure reminder timing
Select reminder delivery options
Save the reminder settings
Reminder Timing Rules
Users can configure how many hours before the appointment reminders should be sent.
Important:
• 24-hour reminders do not allow clients to confirm or cancel appointments electronically
• To allow electronic confirmation or cancellation, reminders must be configured for more than 24 hours before the appointment

• SMS, if enabled
