How to Use the Waitlist Feature

 

How to Access the Waitlist

  1. In the left sidebar, click the CompanyOn Logo to open the Dashboard.

  2. The Wait List section is visible on the left side of the dashboard.

How to Add a Client to the Waitlist

  1. In the Wait List section on the dashboard, click the calendar icon at the top of the waitlist.

  2. A form will appear. Complete the following fields:

    • Practitioner — select the practitioner from the dropdown

    • Services — select the requested service

    • Clients — search and select the client

    • Preferred time — select the client's preferred time of day

    • Expiry Date — set the date when the waitlist request expires

    • Availability — check the days of the week the client is available (Mo, Tu, We, Th, Fr, Sa, Su)

    • Tags/Identifiers — add any relevant tags

    • Note — add any relevant notes

  3. Click "Save".


How to Schedule a Waitlisted Client

  1. In the Wait List section on the dashboard, click on the i icon client's waitlist entry.

  2. A summary will appear showing the client's availability, preferred time, practitioner, and tags.

  3. Click "Create Appointment" to schedule the appointment directly from the waitlist.

  4. Complete the appointment details and click "Save".

How to Edit or Delete a Waitlist Entry

  • To edit a waitlist entry, click the pencil icon at the top right of the entry.

  • To delete a waitlist entry, click the trash icon at the top left of the entry.
