How to Reverse a Checked-In Appointment

  1. In the left sidebar, click the calendar icon to open the Appointments module.

  2. Click on the checked-in appointment to open the appointment window.

  3. Click the reverse icon at the top of the appointment window.

  4. Confirm the reverse action.

Important: Reversing an appointment does NOT automatically annul the invoice that was generated at check-in. The invoice remains active and must be managed separately through the Billing module if needed.
