How to Reschedule an Appointment

CompanyOn allows clinics and practitioners to quickly reschedule appointments directly from the Calendar.

Appointments can be rescheduled by:
• Editing the appointment manually
• Dragging and dropping the appointment to a new time slot

This helps clinics:
• Manage schedule changes efficiently
• Reduce administrative work
• Maintain accurate calendar availability


Option 1, Edit the Appointment

Steps to Edit the Appointment

  1. Open the appointment

  2. Click the Pencil Icon

  3. Update the appointment date or time

  4. Save the appointment


Option 2, Drag and Drop

Steps to Drag and Drop an Appointment

  1. Open the Calendar

  2. Click and hold the appointment directly on the Calendar

  3. Drag the appointment to the new time slot

  4. Release the appointment to save the new scheduling time


Important Notes About Checked-In Appointments

Important Scheduling Rule

Appointments that have already been checked in cannot be rescheduled directly.

Once checked in:
• An invoice is automatically generated
• The appointment becomes locked from direct editing

To modify a checked-in appointment:
• The appointment must first be reversed
• The linked invoice must be annulled separately through the Billing module
