How to Create a Group
Click on your profile photo (or initials) in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Services" from the dropdown menu.
Click on the "Groups" tab at the top of the page.
Click "Create Group".
Enter the Name of the group, add a Description if applicable, and use the "Clients" dropdown to assign clients to the group.
Click "Save".
How to Book a Group Appointment
In the left sidebar, click the calendar icon to open the Appointments module.
Click on the desired time slot in the calendar.
In the appointment form, locate the group icon next to the Clients field.
Click the group icon and select the saved group by name.
Complete the remaining appointment fields:
Practitioner — select the practitioner
Services — select the service
Time and To — confirm start and end time
Note — add any relevant notes
Click "Save".
Note: Once saved, all clients assigned to the group are automatically attached to the appointment. Standard billing and documentation workflows apply to each client individually.
