How to Select a Location During Scheduling

  1. In the left sidebar, click the calendar icon to open the Appointments module.

  2. Click on the desired time slot to create a new appointment, or click on an existing appointment to edit it.

  3. Select the service from the dropdown.

  4. Under "Appointment Type", select the visit type:

    • In Clinic — a Locations dropdown will appear. Select the clinic location where the appointment will take place.

    • Home Visit — no location selection is required.

  5. Complete the remaining appointment details.

  6. Click "Save".
