How to Add a Credit Note to a Client Profile

  1. In the left sidebar, click the people icon to open the Clients module.

  2. Click on the client's name to open their timeline.

  3. Click on the "Billing" tab in the timeline.

  4. Click on "Credit Notes".

  5. Click "Add a Credit".

  6. A form will appear. Complete the following fields:

    • Payment Date — confirm or update the date

    • Payment Method — select the payment method from the dropdown

    • Amount — enter the credit amount

    • Note + — optionally add a note

  7. Click "Pay" to save the credit note.

Note: Once saved, the credit balance will appear in the client's Billing tab and can be applied toward future invoices.
